- The position will be responsible for planning, leading, supervising, executing, and monitoring Sales & Distribution plans & programs of his territory within plant strategies and corporate parameters with the objective of achieving sales targets.
- Set objectives and monitor results following the TU Principles to attain sales and productivity targets.
- Set, execute and monitor plans and programs to achieve distribution and productivity targets.
- Execute and monitor the implementation of national and local marketing programs of his routes to ensure product presence and awareness and generate sales.
- Manage and control A/R, Route Shortage, Discounts, Deals, DIPs, Concessions, and Powered Coolers of his routes to optimize utilization.
- Develop his front-liners using the Field Coaching & Motivation Principles to build and sustain a competent sales force.
- Implements business partner management processes and tools to ensure sustained profitability of AS&D Operators and partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree holder- business management, marketing, commerce, or any related 4-year course;
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in FMCG companies in distributor management;
- With experience handling people and distributors;
- With good business planning acumen and analytical skills;
- With excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Holder of a valid driver's license;
- Highly mobile and flexible;
- Willing to be assigned in any point of Central Luzon.
