Job Description
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives and actively provide insights and recommendations to create strategic growth plans
- Meet regional sales targets, prepare annual budget & schedule, utilize available tools to establish sales objectives by creating a comprehensive sales plan
- Recommend new or extension to existing product lines by identifying opportunities
- Provide frequent progress report to Area Sales Manager and to Director of Operations as and when requested.
- Build strong relationship with client partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of working experience as Sales Executive
- Preferably in supervisor/coordinator roles specialized in Sales. Insurance background will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in : Kalimantan
