Job Description
- Conducted Lending acquisitions, especially SMEs and retailers
- Doing market penetration in order to sell at a predetermined target with canvasing
- Ensuring the recommended credit quality
- Maintain good relationship with existing customer through sustained, active engagements and constant assessment of their banking needs and demands.
- Maintain updated records of loan applications
- Follow up with clients about loan renewals
- Monitor progress of existing loans
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 1-year working experience as RO Loan, SME Banking Specialist, Credit Officer from Banking / P2P Lending in SME and retailer segment
- Good interpersonal skills and self driven.
- Understanding lending procedures and financing products.
- Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good Integrity
- Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
