Job Description
- Lead the team to generate revenue and/or user for company by new acquisition (quantitative: number of customer acquired or revenue generated by the team)
- Ensure every activity of the team is recorded using tools provided by the company (quantitative: ratio of completed activity)
- Building team that are capable to work for long-term period with consistent performance (quantitative: number of team turn over)
- Improving accuracy in information communication with customers and public by the field team (quantitative: number of mis-selling)
- Report and communicate to top level management team routinely (quantitative: number of attendance in routine meeting / missed routine report)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least D3 in Communication, Business and/or Management, Bachelor in Business or Master in Business Management is preferable
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development field in servicerelated company or IT software related company
- At least 1 years of experience in management level with at least 5 people as subordinates
- Having experience in territorial management, customer management and remote supervision, monitoring, evaluation
- Deep understanding of SaaS, POS, ERP and/or B2B is preferable
- Capable of fastpaced recruitment and team scale-up with high level of accuracy is preferable
- Ready to travel and to be placed into different region temporarily to explore new area
