Our sister company, Optimum Source Inc is premier service provider of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and High-End Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Philippines.
We are looking for Outbound Researchers to join our team here in Ortigas to handle a survey account. We are known for our family-oriented company culture and stress-free working environment
The Outbound Researcher will be calling out Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Sell-Side Researchers, etc. to get their votes for the different rankings of our partner (ex. Top Money Managers, World's Best Hotels, All America Sales Team).
- Conduct business to business calls with different professionals for a survey account
- No sales calls/ customer calls involved
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduates with experience as CSR or Outbound are welcome to apply
- 1 to 2 years experience in BPO industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate must be amenable to work in Ortigas
- Schedule is Monday to Friday, fixed weekends off from 9am to 6pm (day shift)
