Job Description

  • Overall management of commercial relationships including contract negotiation with key partner in order to achieve target of acquisition & revenue.
  • To find new partner for user acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct industry and market research related to trends & competitive landscape.
  • Find some strategies with any partner category to collaborate for acquisition program.
  • Negotiate and acquired strategic partners to generate new account acquisition.
  • Formulate and implement a program by operation a prediction model for cross-selling and upselling sales.
  • To be responsible for planning, budgeting, costing, executions and developing program strategy.
  • Performance target on Incremental number of account acquisition & new potential partners.
  • Develops and maintain effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders across the organization.
  • Potential leads for digital & offline acquisition.
  • Monitoring program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities.
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in business developments, partnership, sales, project management and/or related experience.
  • Has can-do attitude and passionate about sales.
  • Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details.
  • Works well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, Mandarin will be an advantage.
