Restaurant Manager  

The Restaurant / Store Manager is responsible for the efficiency of the store assigned to her. The Restaurant / Store Manager will supervise all store operations, managing company standards in sales and staffing with the goal of providing customers with excellent quality products and superior customer service so as to generate sales and positive environment within the store. The Restaurant / Store Manager should represent the company in a professional manner and shall fulfill any other duties assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all operational paperwork is done accurately, completed and submitted on time.
• Monitoring inventories & controlling food cost & expenses.
• Provide orientation of company policies and procedures and oversee training of new employees.
• Evaluating and assessing store performance.
• Evaluating all performance of all store staff.
• Processing payroll information, payroll worksheet and other personnel forms.
• Adhering to all counseling procedures including how to handle complaints.
• Coaching, counseling and disciplining Staff members.
• Organize and supervise schedules and shifts.
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as Restaurant Manager.
• Track operations and start corrective actions.
• Delegating duties.
• Providing recommendation for Staff member’s promotion.
