Job Description
- Manage operations, staffing and sales along with profit goals in sole assigned retail store.
- Manage store's inventory with all established company guidelines.
- Ensure to receive, check and place all merchandise orders.
- Hire, train, guide, discipline, revise and terminate organization’s employees.
- Learn about all financial goals of facility and organization through supervising and studying financial performance.
- Interpret profit and loss statements along with sales forecast.
- Manages facility through training as well as working in every facility’s operational areas inclusive of sales floor, front-end, merchandise flow along with offices.
- Participate in all safety activities like safety inspections, risk control meetings, facility tours and accident reviews.
- Attain individual sales objectives as well as customer service goals.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Acts as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Ensures store personnel follow company and store policies, procedures and standards.
- Exercises supervision that includes assigning work, establishing priorities, training, making hiring and promotional recommendations.
- Answers routine inquiries, resolves customer complaints and serves customers as needed.
- Conducts orientation of store policies to new hires or new trainees.
- Sustain Store's target.
- Ensures price adjustment is done and acted upon appropriately.
- Follows up pending requisition in Warehouse and supervises unloading of deliveries.
- Assists Cahier on return/s or exchange/s, void transactions, etc
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements
- with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administation/Management, Commerce and or equivalent.
- With at least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in POS and SAP is a plus.
- Good customer service.
- Okay with 6 days a week work schedule. (Opening and Closing Shifts)
