Job Description
- Conduct training needs by using various modes to schedule training activities
- Identify appropriate learning techniques, source reference materials, and design group dynamics activities
- Gathers all training principles, ideas, materials and paraphernalia in one comprehensive matrix to help guide facilitator and ensure training maximum efficiency
- Coordinates with project leader for a smooth flow of learning activities
- Makes initiatives to formulate or design the measures of specific performance target in order to provide basis for training intervention through Individual Development Plan
- Able to demonstrate of selling skill training material straightforward to the field
- Confer with immediate superior performance related problems of their trainees, gather additional facts, analyses them and make suggestions on how to improve performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Min Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience in Sales Field
- Having experience in delivering training as well as creating training module, conduct training needs and feedback gather from training
- Excellent communication skill to all level
- English proficiency both of verbal and written
- Good understanding on end to end training process
- IT Savvy, easy to understand new system
- Willing to travel, especially local travelling
