Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Min Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience in Sales Field
  • Having experience in delivering training as well as creating training module, conduct training needs and feedback gather from training
  • Excellent communication skill to all level
  • English proficiency both of verbal and written
  • Good understanding on end to end training process
  • IT Savvy, easy to understand new system
  • Willing to travel, especially local travelling
Job Description
  • Conduct training needs by using various modes to schedule training activities
  • Identify appropriate learning techniques, source reference materials, and design group dynamics activities
  • Gathers all training principles, ideas, materials and paraphernalia in one comprehensive matrix to help guide facilitator and ensure training maximum efficiency
  • Coordinates with project leader for a smooth flow of learning activities
  • Makes initiatives to formulate or design the measures of specific performance target in order to provide basis for training intervention through Individual Development Plan
  • Able to demonstrate of selling skill training material straightforward to the field
  • Confer with immediate superior performance related problems of their trainees, gather additional facts, analyses them and make suggestions on how to improve performance
