Job Description
- Become an expert on PERA SWIPE features;
- Assist in User Support
- Curate content for users, organize market research and perform research analysis on specific issues
- Composition of effective social media content, advertising concepts, press release, and UX copy
- Assist in the coordination of marketing activities and projects
- Assist in general administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably 1-4 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge and experience in copywriting is a plus
Required Skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and can manage multiple tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Can stay long and grow with the company
