Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manages the planning and execution with Legal and relevant business
- Assists in reviewing for content and consistency of company business policies and procedures, regulatory changes to affected departments, and review policies and procedures and that said changes have been incorporated
- Ensures company’s compliance with local laws and regulations and applicable foreign laws applying to US corporation such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
- Reports results of compliance reviews to management and makes specific recommendations for corrective actions
- Coordinates with Finance on accounting policy compliance, HR & IT for their compliance issues and Operations on CSOM compliance, Business Reforms and Business Practices
- Prepares and reviews Company’s business contracts in accordance with the company standards from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a four year course, preferably a Bar Passer
- At least 8-10 years experience in Risk Compliance
- Preferably from Insurance, BPO or Shared Service Industry
- Amenable to work in Makati
