Job Description
- Translates strategy into country short- and long-term business plans
- Provides guidance to local capacity management
- Builds and communicates local market, trade and customer intelligence to drive country objectives and sales actions
- Ensures development of relevant, timely, high impact campaigns and sales materials to generate yield and volume.
- Propose budget volumes, rates and service deployment.
- Initiate product development, includes coordinating with Sales for market studies.
- Provide information and recommendation to improve product portfolio to/from all ports within scope
- Gather market information (market size, market development, competitors) available and share with HQ, Sales and other stakeholders.
- Manage Customer Communication & Campaign activities – including general customer communication (advisories, etc.), E-commence, campaign management and coordination of customer functions & tradeshows.
- Manage and administrate local communication & branding activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a graduate degree in any field.
- At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
