Sales Representative


Job Description

  • A dynamic sales oriented role focused on initiating and converting new sales leads;
  • Generate target prospect list of companies, will need to research for the correct lead, and contact them via cold outreach;
  • Will need to upload leads to CRM according to Marketing’s criteria and update lead’s data continuously;
  • Qualify leads according to company’s criteria;
  • Fill the Sales teams’ calendars by scheduling demos with qualified prospects;
  • Engage potential customers and prospects via phone and email;
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and opportunity qualification;
  • Quickly research and strategize an approach to create interest and engage;
  • Perform reminder calls for demos to make sure they attend the scheduled meeting;
  • Prioritize and manage the lead queue volume effectively to maximize new sales opportunities;
  • Work closely with Account Executives to move prospects through the pipeline;
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of demos and qualified opportunities generated.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Perfect English in both writing and speaking – a MUST;
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills;
  • History of success and beating quotas;
  • Excellent speaking/listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone;
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone/email, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company;
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, or other CRM and sales platforms
  • Technically savvy and able to use a variety of online and sales tools.
