- Develop sales programs and marketing campaigns to achieve target quota of the division.
- Oversee presentations and negotiations with and for brokers, selling partners, and referral partners.
- Establish a good partnership with the accredited Brokers.
- Assist in the reservation process for partner sales when needed.
- Maintain division growth by accrediting new brokers and keeping them active.
- Handle listings of partners and necessary reports such as daily and monthly brokers, clients, and sales reports.
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- At least 2 years of selling experience as a Sales Manager.
- Skilled in Sales Planning and Management.
