Job Description
Job Overview:
The role will involve the management and execution of partner marketing initiatives for Firstbase's growing partner network. The selected candidate will work (through Magic) with Firstbase's Vice President of Marketing.

Full Time
Schedule:
Can work in US time zone (PST) | 40hours/week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team by identifying partner opportunities to invest marketing resources for positive ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team and identify partners within our network to develop joint marketing plans.
- Assist and coordinate with partners in executing, with guidance from the marketing team, campaigns to engage our audience and drive both Firstbase and partner revenue.
- Develop and execute marketing activities to recruit new partners as identified by business development managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 or more years of working directly with partners, developing marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional planning and communications skills.
- Ability to educate internal partners on your needs with the ability to source resources that you may require.
- Advanced ability to deliver presentations to both internal and external customers.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
- Headset for video calls
