PPC Specialist | Full-Time, Remote Work  

We're looking for a Paid Search Manager to be part of Magic's Internal Team! The Paid Search Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining Magic's paid search efforts, namely Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Discovery Ads.

Job Type: Full-time, Work from home

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm PHT

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that we have the proper campaign structure to maximize acquiring higher value traffic to the website
• Manage our bids accordingly to maintain cost per acquisition as we grow
• Find other avenues to maximize our current paid search efforts (YouTube Ads, Display ads, Discovery ads)
• Conducting keyword research to expand current traffic sources
• Setting up a cadence of continuous hypothesis testing to drive growth in our paid search channels (experiments/A/B tests, etc)
• Managing our cost and cost per acquisition while we're scaling ad spend
• Analyzing campaign performance and spotting opportunities for growth and scale
• Making sure that our events and tracking are up-to-date, and that our business account doesn’t violate platform standards
• Keeping up to date with current Paid Search trends and technologies

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist. Bonus if you’ve handled B2B accounts but not required.
• Experienced in launching conversion-focused campaigns
• Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, charts, graphs).
• Keyword Research and Management - You know how to identify audience intent through search terms and recommend keywords that are likely to convert.
• Bid management - You know how to adjust campaign budgets based on cost/acquisition and make projections if necessary.
• Event tracking - You’ve used Google Tag Manager, Facebook’s Standard/Custom Events, Pixels, Google Analytics, UTM parameters etc
• An understanding of how to create high-conversion ads and landing pages. We have a separate team to create assets, but you need to be able to assess their effectiveness to provide helpful feedback
• Not required but good to have: experience creating dashboards and reports in Hubspot and you worked with landing page builders or Wordpress (Elementor).
