Job Description
We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to be part of Magic's Internal Team! The Marketing Data Analyst will be providing and presenting data in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time, Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm PHT.
Responsibilities:
- Generate reports and help the growth marketing team create insights to help management and other key stakeholders create actionable decisions to meet targets and KPIs
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
- Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (PostgreSQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics/Hubspot), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
- Research for possible market opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or any equivalent)
- Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
- Experience building and automating management level reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gsuite (particularly Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/Powerpoint)
- Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
- Experience with - Hubspot Reporting and Airtable is a bonus but not required
