Business Development | Appointment Setter  

The tasks for the Business Development role would be:

• Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies. Perform appointment setting and other general cold contacting
• Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Managers
• Maintain and organize an annual book of business
• Use email marketing tools and CRM
• Manage and maintain pipeline with tech account managers
• Handle sales process from discovery, evaluation, solution and potentially close
• Communicate closely with internal sales support managers
• Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of key technologies with an expansive list of technology solutions
• Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers and prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Experience in appointment setting and cold calling.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Willing to work in PST time.
