Job Description
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
- Performing end-to-end recruitment process.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and Dev roles across Various levels.
- Handles Technical and Non-Technical requirements across all capabilities.
- Reviews the job descriptions and sourcing of candidates using different sourcing channels.
- Conducts initial assessment and assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experiences and aptitudes; and scheduling of qualified candidates to the leads and hiring managers.
- Coordinates with the leads and hiring managers about the status of the candidate’s interview or application.
- Prepares the Salary Recommendation based on salary analysis.
- Creates and present the Job Offer to qualified candidates.
- Creates and generates candidate files and notes for the Analytics and Applicant Tracking System;
Minimum Qualifications
- Has a proven track record of hitting work goals

- Good relationship builder
- fluent in Speaking and writing English
- Fluent in MS and google tools
- Experience in the use of Manatal (non essential but desdibrale)
