About the challenge
Are you extremely organized, agile, and detail-oriented? Do you have proven experience in project management? Do you enjoy collaborating with many different teams and working on multiple projects? If yes, roll up your sleeves because we have an interesting position for you!
We are looking for a Project Manager who will help us get things done! Projects that the Project Manager will manage varies from the digital marketing campaign which includes paid ads, social media, website, and influencer, as well as content creation in the form of photo and video production.
You will be expected to stay on top of the major projects our agency team holds and to ensure all deliverables are submitted according to the deadline. In addition, you will also be in charge of the productivity of the agency team in Lamudi.co.id.

What a day at work for you will look like
- You will become the traffic coordinator to allocate workload in different teams
- You will lead and organize project meetings
- You will work across functions from commercial, marketing, creative to operations with the goal to ensure effective collaboration
- You will ensure the projects that you manage is delivered with high quality and according to the deadline
- You will manage the team's productivity time tracker
- You will be expected to solve problems that may arise from collaborating with multiple parties
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced project manager with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in a digital agency
- Knowledge in digital marketing and creative production
- Well organized with the ability to handle a complex, varied workload and good analytical/critical thinking
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, supervise and see tasks through from start to finish
- Bachelor's degree from reputable Indonesian or foreign UniversityExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
