- Attend inquiries of KN overseas offices and clients thru phone and e-mail in a timely manner.
- Ensure that client requirements are properly met.
- Ensure that Data Quality is observed at all times.
- Checked invoices from the airlines and ensure that all charges are within the agreed standard before signing and endorsement to accounting for check preparations.
- Prepare reports to clients and foreign agents as required.
- Monitor claims and ensure that they are regularly followed-up until it has bee settled or closed.
- Check the completeness of air export files.
- Assisting and Advising customers
- Dealing with potential new customers
- Maintain contact with airlines, trucking companies and other related Service Providers
- Prepare files and provide all details to enable the job to be completed
- Handling Export documentation
- Proactive response to Service Issues
- Prepare reports and feedback as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Customs Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) solid working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience in MNC Freight Forwarding
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay.
