Lead Generation Specialist  

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven lead generation specialist who will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and developing new business by searching for potential clients through various research and data mining techniques. This role comes with a generous commission structure, as well as opportunities to advance into higher-level sales positions. This role requires attention to detail and quality assurance at defined productivity levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep knowledge of our services, market, and industry.
• Identify firms and key stakeholders in our target market that fit the set criteria for sales qualification.
• Collect contact information, firmographic data, and other relevant data points on prospects through data mining tools and thorough research.
• Perform deep discovery to identify opportunities, pain points, trigger events, as well as the prospect’s timeline and budget constraints that the sales team can use as leverage for pitching and closing.
• Gather in-depth information on prospects to hone the sales pitch and personalize our outreach.
• Input prospects and relevant information in the CRM; regularly update and maintain the CRM.
• Communicate with other members of the sales team to ensure alignment of goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
• CRM experience preferred but not required
• Excellent critical thinking and research skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Amenable to work on graveyard shifts and Saturdays
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
