Job Description

  • Sales Performance and Collection
    • Ensure that the annual sales quota will be met by consistently hitting 100% achievement of monthly sales per geographic location
    • Regular monitoring of weekly submission of reports
    • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products per Brand.
  • Customer and Strategic Account Management
    • To ensure that the FSRs visit all clients regularly, at least five client visit per day
  • People Management and Development
    • Holds regular meeting with sales staff
    • Conducting regular trainings to the FSRs
  • Profit Management and Business Development
    • Know competitors activities, competitor’s price and discounting.
    • Manage discounts given to customers and decide using profit and loss analogy
  • Administrative Functions
  • Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably has Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering (Mech, Civil, ECE, etc.)
  • Has Sales Supervisory experience for at least 1-2 years
  • Knowledge in Industrial tools and Heavy equipments
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Has Driving skill, with professional license is an advantage
