Job Description
- Manage daily administrative Marketing-related tasks
- Create Monthly Social Media Analytics Reporting which highlights trends, metrics, and possible opportunities
- Researching new trends in content, concepts, and ideas in relation to wedding and events industries
- Works hand in hand with Social Media Content Provider and Marketing Lead for content ideation and direction
- Creation of Supplementary Social Media Content for Josiah’s Catering and its subsidiary brands
- End-to-end spearheading of marketing and advertising campaigns, along with the creation of related metrics, analysis, and results
- Execution and strict implementation of the company’s branding guidelines, and ensuring all aspects of outbound marketing and sales content are consistent
- Monitoring of competitors’ marketing activities and trends
- Lead generation and outbound marketing for new potential clients
- Assisting with organizing and executing promotional events
Minimum Qualifications
- Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Experience with Social Media and Content Management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with Basic Design Tools such as Canva, or even Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
