Job Description

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess demonstrated success and experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager of Sales from a reputable BPO company
  • Extensive working knowledge of call center metrics and sales analytics; keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, superior organization and positive motivational skills.
  • Extensive working knowledge of call center metrics and sales analytics
  • Must have a working background in an Offshore / BPO environment
  • Expert in process development, budgeting, implementation and analysis
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, superior organization and positive motivational skills.
  • Long and demonstrated track record in sales at an executive-level management experience
  • Must have managed a large population of staff
  • Must have strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail.
  • College graduate with working knowledge in MS Office computer applications
  • Willing to work US time and can work with less supervision
  • A team player, can cope with pressure
  • Highly motivated
