Job Description
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess demonstrated success and experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager of Sales from a reputable BPO company
- Extensive working knowledge of call center metrics and sales analytics; keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, superior organization and positive motivational skills.
- Extensive working knowledge of call center metrics and sales analytics
- Must have a working background in an Offshore / BPO environment
- Expert in process development, budgeting, implementation and analysis
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, superior organization and positive motivational skills.
- Long and demonstrated track record in sales at an executive-level management experience
- Must have managed a large population of staff
- Must have strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail.
- College graduate with working knowledge in MS Office computer applications
- Willing to work US time and can work with less supervision
- A team player, can cope with pressure
- Highly motivated
