- Assist Account Manager in:
- All matters specific to customers.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to Account Managers.
- Prepare report for the forecast and track key account metrics through guidance of Account Manager.
- Prepare presentation template to potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate other departments regarding the status of the projects (Production to Delivery).
- Prepare project report as needed by Account Manager.
- Prepare Billing for the clients.
- Monitor and complete documentation of billed and unbilled status.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly report regarding billing with the Account Manager.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business courses or other related courses.
- At least 1 year job experience as a Sales Coordinator.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem solvig skills.
