Manager for Management Advisory Services  

• Develop and monitor the work plan for both the Infinnum team and the client team
• Facilitate operations and delivery meetings among team members
• Monitor team productivity and engagement deliverables
• Review the use of appropriate technologies in completing deliverables and monitor issues to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency
• Supervise, review, and evaluate the works of junior managers and consultants
• Mentor junior managers and consultants
• Lead the meetings with client-partners on management accounting reports and analysis
• Prepare engagement proposals, bills of activities

Location/Hybrid Set Up:

• Work from the office in Cebu - 3 days per week
• Work from home - 2 days per week
• Client visits – a total of 3-8 days per month

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration, or Business Management Major in Financial Management or its equivalent
• CPA, CMA, MBA is a plus
• 8 years of experience
• Experience in managing a team of 5-8 people
• Willing to travel
• Able to plan and implement change initiatives
• Flexible in meeting constantly changing and sometimes opposing demands
• Has extensive knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Planning principles and concepts
• Has strong business sense, with a high level of integrity, commitment, work ethic, and values
• Can train and mentor people and staff
• Has project management, decision-making, and great communication skills
