What we're looking for
In this role, the Analytics Specialist responsibilities include pulling reports from multiple platforms and aggregating data. We’re looking for this person for analytics help and to provide high-level qualitative insights. In this role you will use the necessary tools to support our accounts, buying, and planning team members in a variety of workflows, helping them to more reliably deliver the best results to our clients.
Responsibilities
- FTX Help Desk
- Updating the help desk with others’ requests as needed on an ongoing basis
- Reflecting those changes in all languages
- Reflecting those changes in other help desks of subdomains
- Uploading translated articles to the help desk
- One-off reconciliation of all articles across sub-domain help desks and different languages to ensure content and graphics are up to date
- Competitive intelligence
- Pull a predetermined set of data for each active country from SimilarWeb and Data.ai on a bi-weekly basis and synthesize it into a report
- Build weekly competitive intelligence reports using the following tools:
- Similarweb
- Data.AI
- Wayback Machine
- SEMRush
- Ahrefs
- Facebook Ads Library
- Linkedin Ads
- Google Trends
- Social Bearing
- Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
- Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL reports ), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools
- Evaluates customers’ behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience
- Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations
- Creates Google Slides presentations to provide market and consumer insights to the marketing department
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major like Math, Computer Science, Engineering (or related fields)
- At least 2-years work experience in data analysis (or similar roles)
- Experience with BigQuery
- Ad platform experience

- Exceptional organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Can multi-task
- Tech-savvy and is willing to learn how to navigate through different platforms that the organization requires
- Resourceful and can work with limited supervision
- Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter and a strong team player
- Has an excellent grasp of spoken and written English and can articulate ideas clearly and concisely
