The Marketing Director is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of the organization's marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Directs the conduct of market research to develop marketing plans for specific products, services, or business lines; studies changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plans accordingly.
Reporting to the VP-Marketing, the Marketing Director's main objective is to strategically support Management's business goals by planning and carrying out initiatives to increase sales and market share.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a Busines course
- With at least 10 years of extensive experience as Marketing Lead, preferably in food retail or FMCG
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
