We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a unique desire to grow into a well-rounded marketing and business professional. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in creating, monitoring, and evaluating ad campaigns for Facebook, Google, and other ad networks.
- Generate media metrics estimates for campaign proposals to clients.
- Lead the team in analyzing data and recommending key media campaign strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least four (4) years experience in handling performance marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook (CPAS ads);
- Has deep knowledge and understanding in optimization strategies for Google and Facebook ads;
- Has the capacity to lead a team;
- Can communicate ideas to the team and to the client effectively.
Plus Points:
- Certifications from Google and/or Facebook
- Experience in working in ad agencies
- Familiar with the startup environment
