GO-PAY Collection Sales and Account Manager


Job Description

  • Assist with a sales pitch and client management
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process and contribute to standardizing or improving the client onboarding process
  • Connect and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders with regards to deployment or execution of projects
  • Contribute ideas for pipeline creation and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with business analytics unit in monitoring and realizing the full client performance potential

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min 1 year of working experience in a role where it required the candidate to either (a) have to contact with the General Trade (warung-warung) market or (b) create a strategy to penetrate them.
  • Experience in FMCG/technology company is an additional point.
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Intermediate Ms. Office proficiency
  • Experienced in the client-facing situation, able to handle difficult and challenging sales environment and some level of negotiation skill
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to surf around a chaotic and non-standardized internal process
  • Ability to multitask and manage relationships with people, internally and externally
