Job Description

Responsibilities
The Business Development Associate will be taking on a multifaceted role that offers a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities including:
- Project management – Collaborate with Manila BD Team and Managing Director (based in Los Angeles) on ad hoc projects; help balance multiple BD initiatives and support email marketing campaigns
- Thought leadership – Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve general BD processes and operational efficiency to further client expansion and overall organizational growth
- Client content development – Assist Senior Sales Team with creation of client decks and other key meeting and presentation materials
- Database administration – Utilize our CRM to support general BD functions; analyze existing Salesforce processes, suggest improvements, and help with back-end reconfiguration
- Campaign management – Manage end-to-end lifecycle of BD campaigns for one or multiple Managing Directors in the U.S.; oversee everything from campaign strategy and lead generation to execution and post-campaign analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- College Degree required
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- A proven track record of being a top-performer
- Passion for learning and personal development
- Prior Sales/Business Development or Lead Generation experience a plus, but not required
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills also a plus
- SalesForce or other relevant database/CRM experience also a plus
- Experience working or studying abroad a plus
