- Be responsible for managing the company website
- Set sales target and create and implement a plan to achieve such targets, being responsible for full life cycle of website products and promotions, including markdown and liquidation strategies
- Implement monthly marketing plan for the website
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, including ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders and coordinating with software developers to improve website performance and features.
- Understand current market trends and identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs
- Manage all content, including, but not limited to, product images and descriptions, customer database, promotions, pre-sales and ad campaigns
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media and Email marketing associated with the website.
- Collect data and provide regular analytic reports on online sales and site traffic
- Liaise with third party agency for digital marketing needs of the website
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years work experience related to Web and B2C e-commerce business is preferred
- Experience in the field of communications (PR, digital marketing, advertising) is a plus
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
