Job Description
The Head of Insurance is a product and revenue focused role. You will look after the insurance aspects of our product roadmap and also drive sales through B2B and affinity channels. You will enjoy a high degree of ownership and will report directly to the Philippines Country Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will:
- Co-own and drive the company’s insurance product roadmap. This includes which customer segments to go after, what products to sell, what is our competitive advantage and how to best distribute those products.
- Drive and be responsible for revenue targets in collaboration with BD, account management, marketing and tech.
- Manage our insurer partners to ensure insurance product requirements are met and delivered.
- Work closely with product (tech) to deliver any features, integrations, tools that clients need.
What success looks like
Success is when there is:
- Clear insurance product roadmap with identified customer segments, pain points, relevant insurance products and our competitive advantage
- Plan for distribution and net premium, revenue targets
- Execution of these plans and achieving the goals
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
We are looking for:
- 3-5 years in non-life insurance
- Experience in life insurance would be bonus
- 3-5 yrs experience in affinity, B2B or broker sales
- Strong and outgoing personality to prospect for leads and close deals
- Be based in the Philippines, NCR region
