Job Description
  • Understand customer requirements and accordingly prepare production plan.
  • Work with management to oversee the preparation of production proposals, CEs and pitches.
  • Assist in developing and managing production budget.
  • Work with production team to manage production workflow, schedule and quality.
  • Monitor production activities and adjust schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize production speed and quality.
  • Establish and enforce production and quality standards.
  • Build strong working relationship with customers for securing new business opportunities.
  • Motivate team members to deliver exceptional work and exceed expectations.
  • Organize job trainings to team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Approve all creative work and content developed by the teams under his/her supervision
  • Coordinate with Creative Director and Creative Managers to ensure that execution of all production is faithful to original strategy
