- Produce and maintaing financial records.
- Check the data for accuracy and produce reports.
- Prepare, manage, and mornitor company’s finances and budget including the following:
- Payroll.
- Taxes (BIR).
- Imports (customs and shipping)
- Employees' benefits
- SSS
- Philhealth
- Pag-ibig
- Various other payments
- Prepare, manage, and analyze financial information for financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Ensure that the financial accounts are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and internal and external policies.
- Recommend financial actions by planning, analyzing, maintaining, and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Manage submissions and deadlines.
- Ensure the company's permits, licenses, and other documents are compliant and continuously up to date.
- Take responsibility for document verification, document handling, data entry operation, and administrative assistance.
- Secure the documents and maintain account controls by preparing, recommending and following policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree or Vocational diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Management, Commerce, and Economics, or any equivalent course.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Visio as well as other softwares is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills, both oral and written.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to make sound judgement to develop creative and resourceful solutions.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking job and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good work ethics, organized, results-oriented.
- Positive, team-oriented, high energy, upbeat personality, flexible, and with a keen eye to details.
- Can work with minimal or no supervision.
- Preferably a Filipino citizen and/or hold relevant residence status.
- Willing to work immediately.
