Job Description

OVER-ALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for account coverage and sales for specific named accounts, small-medium business and mid-market accounts

KEY TASKS:

  • Grow the company’s business in terms of revenue and profit.
  • Establish and maintain the overall company’s business relationship with focus accounts.
    • Understand the client’s business and industry and where they place value.
    • Understand the client’s domestic and global plans and operations.
    • Develop and implement an IT strategy for the client that adds value to the client’s business while ensuring company’s revenue and profit objectives are met.
    • Influence and contribute to the client’s business and IT strategy as a peer member of the senior management team.
    • Monitor key account and business partner’s activities within the client environment.
    • Integrate company’s products, services and solutions to the customer.
    • Position the company in a customer environment and know the competitive offerings/solutions in other related areas.
  • Use consultative selling skills to assess customer requirements.
  • Identify, validate and qualify opportunities, communicating information with appropriate members of the extended team supporting the client and gaining client commitment to solutions.
  • Qualify a prospect, gather requirements, handle objections and justify the proposal to the client.
  • Define and prepare proposals that clearly identify objectives, scope, benefits, costs, responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables schedules, completion criteria and resource requirements needed to successfully start an engagement.
    • Identify and define standards, deliverable, work products and project procedures.
    • Identify resource requirements in terms of personnel, hardware, software and facilities.
    • Identify all cost elements of a project and develop a cost baseline against which the project can be measured for financial success.
  • Win the business by assisting the customer in analysing and designing solutions to satisfy customer expectations. Satisfy customer questions and requirements related to contracts, pricing, delivery, references and other information related to the proposed solutions.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents for every transaction proposals, supplier proposals, pricing, cost analysis, contract, delivery receipts, purchase orders to suppliers, purchase order of clients, delivery receipts, etc. (contract management and order fulfillment)
  • Works with the Company’s technical lead assigned to the account/industry in an effort to close the sale and position the company as the partner of choice for all transactions.
  • Responsible for collection of billings to clients especially in cases where there are disputes/issues on billings and payment.
  • Responsible for creating a write-up on client references and wins and provide this information to the marketing team which includes but not limited to a description of the customer’s requirements, company’s solution and the business benefits that can be attributed to the implementation of such solutions.
  • Ensure that company delivers on promised results.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with Sales Operations and Finalize Individual Pipe Report
  • Responsible in Pipe Updates and Weekly Cadence
  • Monitor and Manage completion of Bid Requirements
  • Building good relationship with Distributor, Partners and Clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and equivalent
  • With at least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field for this position
  • Preferably has worked in an IT Company
