Job Description:

• Responsible for setting the operational goals of each region. In accordance with the company policy
• Manage the performance monitoring. And overseeing the preparation of the progress report of the performance in each region. Including issues that arise to the operating department to summarize the work results and propose guidelines to maintain and develop service standards in each region to be effective in accordance with the standards set by the company.
• Responsible for controlling the cost budget for each region. According to the budget set by the company
• Provide strategic advice and support the resources used in working management, training and development subordinate and employees in each region to be able to work efficiently and achieve the objectives as specified by the company Including being ready for migration or appoint in the future
• Study and follow up on new knowledge technologies. Related To be applied in management work effectively
• Perform work and other projects. As assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree Logistics or other related fields
• At least 5 or more experience in managing a branch of operations in Express or other related businesses.
• Computer skills Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese at HSK level 5 or above and if able to communicate in English Will be an advantage
• Have leadership skills and managing the team professionally
• Can communicate, negotiation and able to coordinate and work well with other agencies.
• Proactive with strategic thinking skill and always create work process improvement to gain the highest productivity
• Must be willing to have the training in HQ (Taguig)
