Finance and Accounting Manager  

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for the financial well-being of the Company by leading his Department in administering financial systems and procedures, accounting and treasury services, annual budgets and expenditure controls, tax, and other regulatory compliance.

He shall assist the President in establishing financial policies to achieve profitability, debt and value-creation goals of the Company by evaluating revenue and cost trends, formulating and monitoring critical financial performance targets, and contributing to the development of production, productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.

He shall develop and maintain adequate accounting and treasury systems to enable timely, complete and accurate financial and accounting information and reports, render analysis and recommendations from such information toward the Company’s budget performance and strategic direction. He shall oversee accounting policies and procedures that will identify and record financial transactions in line with sound finance and accounting principles, i.e. establish internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the company.

He shall develop financial strategies by consolidating the forecast of capital, asset, and staff requirements of the Company, managing cash and credit, and developing action plans. He shall work with the President on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder and partnership relationships with clients, creditors, vendors, and business alliances, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.

Finally, the Finance & Accounting Manager shall oversee all periodic tax returns or filings and payments, annual business registration, licensing and permitting activities, accounts receivable and payable, retirement plan and management of advances to officers and employees. He shall also assist in payroll and purchasing administration. Further, he shall strictly implement data security and integrity measures in the Finance & Accounting Department.

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy with at least 8 years managerial experience
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.

• Must have an excellent leadership, decision-making, time management, and critical thinking and analytical skills
• Capable of handling sensitive and complex issues with discretion and very good judgment
