Job Description
- Answer customers' inquiries about products and services.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedule with customers to confirm order.
- Ensure all order confirmations are formalized by customers in the form of P.O.s or signed Sales Contract or Proforma Invoices.
- Ensure that suppliers comply with the requirements with customers.
- Facilitate accreditation requirements with customers (i.e.,samples licenses and various documents).
- Provide specialist information thru Up-to-date Market Info from suppliers, Industry Association Affiliations and other reliable sources of information
- Entertain present and prospective customers as part of promoting business and improving relationship.
- Process leads obtained from the most recent important statistics and other sources by calling and/or visiting customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Background in major construction materials including minerals a plus but not required.
- No work experience required.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Above average ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Willing to work in NCR.
