The Email Deliverability Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our email campaigns by monitoring and analyzing various metrics, identifying issues, and implementing strategies to improve performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email best practices and be able to adapt quickly to different account contexts.
This is a remote job opportunity but is only open to Filipino applicants residing in Luzon, Philippines.
Email Deliverability Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage spam traps on domains: Develop and implement a process to identify and handle spam traps efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution when detected.
- Analyze delivery reports: Regularly review delivery reports, making data-driven decisions to increase or decrease email volume based on factors such as complaints, click-through rates, total clicks, and volume sent.
- Manage and optimize email accounts: Understand the context of each account and make appropriate adjustments to maintain high email deliverability and performance.
- Review and address spam complaints in Google Postmaster: Monitor spam complaints on a regular basis, making necessary adjustments based on feedback to improve email deliverability.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost click-through rates: Research and apply various strategies to increase clicks in email campaigns, improving overall engagement.
- Manage and improve email deliverability (especially Gmail and Yahoo): Identify the causes of email complaints, working closely with data analysts to determine potential issues and solutions. Implement a targeted approach to improve Gmail account standing, focusing on openers and slowly adding contacts to maintain low complaint rates.
- Proven experience in email deliverability, email marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of email best practices and deliverability metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to different account contexts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Google Postmaster and email service providers (ESPs) is a plus.
