Partnerships Operations Associate  

Align and coordinate with different teams to develop efficient cross-functional processes within the business. Ensure partnerships team is trained properly from beginning to end; help prepare the necessary tools and resources for skills development; and encourage a strong relationship with different internal teams.

Sales Enablement

• Develop processes with information, content and right tools to help the partnership managers perform more effectively
• Ensure that every Partnership Manager is compliant with the latest processes of the company
• Ensure that Partnerships Website is updated with key information and the latest updates, processes, cascade decks
• Ensure that all client collaterals from flyers, introductory profiles, email body, email signatures, decks, etc. are updated
• Oversee day-to-day communication of partnerships department and other departments
• Manage partnerships workflow efficiently across different functions
• Onboard new joiners

Training and Development

• Develop and roll-out an end-to-end training module for partnership managers
• Identify the proper and fitting intervention to achieve team/individual objectives as partnership managers
• Sharpen skills, develop concepts, improve attitude of partnership managers towards achieving goals

Hubspot Management

• Manage the platform including users and teams access,
• Communicate with the Hubspot main office for all concerns regarding the platform
• Ensure that all PMs are properly trained with using the tool and all the features are utilized
• Manage all reports on the dashboard, ensure that these show accurate data at all times

• Assist the Chief Partnerships Office and Growth Managers in crafting business cases, cascading and executing strategies to Partnerships team

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership is a plus
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships among managers, partners and cross-functional teams
• Advanced communication and written skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Organized, structured and process-oriented
• Adaptable and willing to take on multiple tasks
