Job Description
- Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns for high profile real estate clients.
- Drive the client’s campaigns to meet milestones, delivery dates and achieve the targets.
- Execute campaign plan in local and international markets where possible.
- Control the media budget of each campaign including spend according to the campaign’s budget.
- Ensure program objectives and communication objectives are clearly defined and measurable.
- Continually optimize and refine campaign planning and execution processes.
- Identify opportunities for domestic and international business growth and developed the right strategy to drive success.
- Passionate about optimizing the conversion funnel — every single day
- Investigates and proposes unique competitive product strategies to support traffic growth
- Measurement of SEO strategy via Google Analytics and ranking reports. Stay abreast of latest search engine changes and updates, help steer overall SEO strategy
- Provide actionable recommendations for site structure, creative design, keyword and link development strategies, and content optimization that impacts conversion.
- Manage our efforts on PR & Partnerships on outreach strategies
- Performs assistance in media relations and marketing communication efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in New Media, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge about Digital Media Advertising, especially Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing,
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong experience with industry standard tools (Analytics, search marketing tool, email marketing tool etc.)
- Highly motivated, result-oriented and results driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and creative mindset with positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
