Job Description
- Sustain, manage and develop long-term business relationship with clients through exceptional service on a day to day basis
- Responsible for planning, development and execution strategic of IMC-centric campaigns
- Skilled in editorial development, writing and editing publicity materials, press release, etc.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and secure new accounts for the agency
- Work closely with the agency team, media practitioners and other key stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Ensure effective staffing levels, develop staff and provide guidance in career planning, training, motivation, performance, counseling and coaching
- Plan, develop and execute special projects and other client requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Corporate Communications, Business Management, Journalism or similar courses
- At least 10 years experience in Public Relations and/or marketing communications and working knowledge in economics, business and politics
- Experience in handling press conference and demonstrate editorial writing skills
- Proven track record in handling several accounts and able to manage a young account management team
- Has supervisory training
- Demonstrates the values of integrity, innovation and professionalism
