Job Description
- Finding Clients
- Main responsibility is to find customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups.
- Conducting Research
- Must be able to keep a close eye on changing market trends, demographics and other information that affects the buying and selling process.
- Building Relationships
- To provide solutions to client requirements , Must be able to talk with them about their needs, learn about their likes and dislikes, help them with financing concerns and answer any questions about the buying process. Schedule visit sites with prospective customers.
- Handling Paperwork
- Will be responsible in conjunction with Sales Manager, may prepare the documents involved in the buying/selling process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Compensation Package includes allowance and commission. Travel, Gadgets and Cash incentives is provided to succesful applicants.
- Open to all courses.
- A degree holder or at least 2 years in college.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Goal-oriented, team player and with entrepreneurial mindset
