Job Description
- Sell all DMCI Homes project.
- Attend Manning Schedule and weekly meeting
- Deliver Sale Monthly Open House
- Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold, in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and DMCI HOMES over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations and descriptions, and available financing options, using computers.
- Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options, and government programs.
- Check work completed by loan officers, and other professionals to ensure that it is performed properly.
- Arrange for the financing of property purchases.
- Appraise property values, assessing income potential when relevant.
- Give buyers virtual tours of properties in which they are interested, using computers.
- Review property details to ensure that environmental regulations are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have sales experience (real estate background is an advantage)
- Preferably college graduate or at least finished 2nd year for PRC & HLURB accreditation purposes
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (internet marketing/selling) with a laptop
- With excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly motivated, & dynamic people.
- Pleasing personality and resides in Metro Manila
