Job Description
- Responsible in the coverage of plastic surgeons, aesthetic centers, and derma clinics in the assigned territory.
- Actively prepares and implements a meaningful discussion about relevant derma/aesthetic product details to the patient and with HCPs to make them fully informed of its benefits and application.
- Analyzes, plans, and implements business planning activities in his/her assigned territory in order to build and grow the business.
- Implements marketing-driven programs to targeted HCPs in order to create or sustain company and brand awareness and usage and build trust and confidence on the safety and efficacy of our brands.
- Maintains professionally balanced relationships and upholds the Corporate values in all interactions with HCPs and other external stakeholders.
- Constantly learns and updates himself with knowledge of the Company brands and its application to the relevant dermatological issue and external market factors to be more credible and value adding to HCPs.
- Maximizes the use of company tools of the trade to be more effective in delivering expectations in his role.
- Manages and allocates territory resources effectively and efficiently.
- The position will be Cebu based but will handle VISMIN territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years exoerience in the aesthetic/dermatology industry
- Established franchise and network with aesthetic/plastic surgeons
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to perform function with minimum supervision
