Job Description
- Develop and execute store expansion strategies/plans in line with business direction.
- Present a regular market update, customer and channel trends, issues/opportunities and competitor expansion strategy.
- Explore the best locations for store opening, including market analysis, feasibility study, site visits and site presentation.
- Work closely with teams and other departments to lead work plan in achieving target number of store openings.
- Main point of contact for leasing and tenancy negotiations and discussions with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Must have at least 10-15 years of experience in store expansion/business development.
- Excellent business acumen- possesses in-depth understanding of market trends
- Preferably with previous/current experience in rapid retail store expansion across T1/T2 cities.
- Have an established network with mall owners, partners and stand alone location owners across Indonesia.
- Thrives in a very fast-paced and dynamic retail expansion environment and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Skills :
- Strong negotiation and communication skill.
- Natural relationship management at all level.
- Good English proficiency
