Job Description
- Handle high volume inbound online inquiries ensuring overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Help customers by answering questions through proper channels and responding to requests promptly.
- Evaluate and endorse qualified loan applications.
- Ensure loan documentation.
- Keep client’s confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
- Maintain accurate production tracking record.
- Assist in the marketing efforts to generate sales and customer growth.
- Accomplish company goals by completing related results as needed.
- Perform other tasks/responsibilities as an Online Loan Servicing Specialist.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in loan processing, banking or servicing is required.
- Basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high quality results in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, or and over the phone.
- Quick to learn new programs as introduced.
- Optimistic, internally motivated, team-oriented, and sales driven.
- Willing to work in our office in Manila.
