Job Description
- Take responsibility for deliveries, suggesting improvements to programmers
- Authors requirements and specifications for projects, client updates, and development – and ensures the team members have the support and guidance to implement the instructions.
- Take accountability for ensuring deliverables meet standards, present good user experience, and conduct post-project follow throughs to ensure satisfaction is sustained
- Creates and maintains a tracking system for easy access to status of projects. This system helps both Top Management & clients. It serves clients with any questions they may have, provides insight for invoicing and billing, and helps Top Management /stakeholders know where they may need to fill-in or help on occasion in a timely manner.
- Ensures all reports are updated and available for Top Management to easily access and gain insights to as to the statuses of the projects
- Manages website updates, new static web site design, and other related web site activities.
- Performs tests, review and apply good business sense and business practice, creates and designs user experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management and related experience
- Strong skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and different procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Experience seeing projects through from start to finish. the full life cycle. From planning, executing, overseeing, and closing projects to ensure they are completed with minimal supervision, in a timely fashion and within budget
- Has business acumen and a keen eye to ensure the end product accomplishes the business purpose
- Background in the following: Website Management, Site Hosting, CDN, CMS (WordPress), E-commerce platforms
- Strong expertise in Asana or similar project management tools.
- Highly accountable and reliable.
- Proven expertise in user experience, customer experience, user acceptance testing and client satisfaction
